It is sunny today and I have spent nearly an hour sitting out in it. Now I have a good “excuse” to sit in the sun - getting vitamin D. It felt really good, though parts of me were warm from the sun and other parts of me were cold from the breeze (and no sun). I have drunk 5 or 6 cups of peppermint tea and am fixing another. I don’t know if I can even taste the peppermint anymore. Maybe I have been overdrinking that flavor. It’s the one we have the most of, though, and it tastes fine without honey.

I would feel awfully lazy sitting in the sun but I am just not feeling well. I don’t know if that makes it any better to just sit there and not do anything, but when I get up my head pounds for a few seconds, and when I sit down it does the same thing. Once I’m sitting or standing though, as long as I don’t move around too fast my head is fine. So…volleyball is not really on my list of things to do this afternoon, though there’s a party of people playing in the yard even as I speak.

I am starting to wonder if I am getting old. Well, not *that* old, but I’m getting brown spots on my arms. I would call them freckles, except they’re not.

It is so cool to have all kinds of people reading this, by the way. On this trip various people have introduced themselves and said “Hey, I’ve been reading your blog.” And surprisingly, they didn’t say anything bad about it. On the contrary, some people had good things to say. Kind people. So, anyway, I assume that I will have people without brown spots on their arms, people with lots of brown spots on their arms, people who are disgusted a little by even mentioning brown spots, and people who wonder what brown spots are, and people who just skimmed over this post without even noticing the mention.
