I should be sleeping! Because I start a new job tomorrow. It’s not retail and it’s not factory :D It’s just what I’ve been doing before - housecleaning. Ah, to be self employed. Hopefully I’ll get one or two more days a week of housecleaning. I could actually pay our whole rent by housecleaning one or two days a week, which is pretty neat. I’ve never thought about my money being put to a use such as grocery buying or rent paying.

I must have ridden about 17 miles today, the way I figure it. I needed to go across town to get some keys, back to town to look at the apartments, back to return the keys, up to the office where I had the interview for this job, which was across the river and across town, back to my friend’s house here in Eugene, and that was *it.* I’m really exhausted.

So…I really should be sleeping, but I wanted to give a little update. Eugene is beautiful. There’s a lot of green in the city and out, and the hills are beautiful. I’m going to get to do a little bike riding in the South Hills tomorrow on the way to work.

I should know by Wednesday where our apartment is going to be. I’ve been hunting and hunting, and now it’s finally coming down to decision time.

And yes, to explain to people who haven’t been informed, we are in the process of moving to Eugene.
