Here are some pictures, hope you enjoy
And hello to all of you who might have come over after seeing my status at facebook

The outside of the building we live in.

Myspace.
Actually, that’s only part of my space, but the rest of it is really not organized yet.

Kitchen. I like the tall ceilings a lot!

Myself in the mirror on the bathroom door.

The tree right outside our door. The neighborhood is full of trees!

Dried flowers I bought at a yardsale.
And for anyone who misses my status updates on facebook - STATUS: Eating lunch.

How is Ivanhoe? I’ve never read it, although I have been trying to go through the classics. I’ve read the complete works of Jane Austen minus Mansfield Park and lots of other famous novels from the 19th century.

Thank you for the pictures. I looks like a very nice neighborhood. The tree looks like the ones I remember seeing a lot of out there. How has the weather been since you arrived? It has been really nice here in PA, not really hot yet. You are only about 120 miles north west of Crater Lake which looks to be a beautiful place to visit.
How long was your hair before you cut it? It still looks to be almost to your waist!
All the best at your new home. More pics would be appreciated!

Hi Bonnie,
I always liked apartments in buildings like yours instead of the regular type; they have much more character. Looks good! And, thanks for stopping by my blog!

Katie, Ivanhoe is interesting, but I’ve only read the first chapter or so. It’s the kind of book my mind seems to not like if it’s not focused. I can’t read it while I’m tired, or thinking about something else.
Mr. Rash, yes, there are lots of those trees! I think that one is a cedar. My hair was about to my hips. This is the shortest it’s been since before I was a teenager, I think. So maybe the shortest in 10 years??
Lynn, you’re welcome. Thanks for stopping by mine! Yes, I’m glad to have found one in a house. It has hardwood floors, even!

Hi Bonnie,
I am glad you are all settled in; it looks like a pretty area. I really like the pic of you after the haircut with the salmon colored top; that is a great color for you!
How is the new job going?
Hope all is going well for you.
Love,
Doris
